Important notice
VaultRecover does not guarantee recovery of data. Software tools may fail to restore files depending on media condition, overwrite, physical damage, and other factors.
1. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using VaultRecover software or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License grant
Subject to payment and these terms, VaultRecover grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the plan you purchased (device limits, update period, and support level as described at checkout).
3. No guarantee of data recovery
VaultRecover does not guarantee recovery of data. Results depend on the condition of your storage media, the nature of data loss, prior overwrite or physical damage, file system state, encryption, and other factors outside our control. A successful scan, preview, or partial recovery does not create any warranty that all or any specific files will be restored. You use the software at your own risk.
4. No warranties
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultRecover and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use of or inability to use the software — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that license.
6. Payments
License fees may be paid via supported cryptocurrency methods shown at checkout. After payment, you must email a payment screenshot to the address provided so we can verify the transaction and issue your license. Licenses are activated after payment confirmation.
7. Refunds
Because digital licenses are delivered electronically after payment verification, all sales are generally final unless required otherwise by applicable law. Contact us promptly if you believe a payment was made in error.
8. Acceptable use
You may only use the software to recover or manage data you are legally authorized to access. You must not reverse engineer, redistribute, or circumvent license controls except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
